Thank you for shopping at SmartGuideEasy. We are committed to delivering your custom products in a timely manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are "Made-to-Order" as they are printed specifically for you.

  • Processing Time: 2 to 4 business days. This is the time we need to print, quality check, and pack your items.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Bulk orders (10+ pieces) may require additional processing time. We will inform you if this is the case.

2. Shipping Charges

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India. No hidden charges.
  • We ship via reputed courier partners: Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and others.

3. Estimated Delivery Time (After Processing)

Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Noida, Delhi NCR: 1 - 2 business days
  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, etc.): 2 - 4 business days
  • Rest of India: 3 - 6 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, festivals, or courier company issues.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package on the courier partner's website.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

6. Damaged in Transit

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged (e.g., a broken mug or damaged t-shirt packaging), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the packaging

We will send you a replacement immediately at no extra cost.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery option for orders. A nominal COD fee may apply (varies by order value).
