Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. No Returns on Custom/Personalized Items

Since all our products (T-shirts, mugs, notebooks) are custom printed specifically for you based on your design/choice, we generally do NOT accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong size/design.

2. Replacement Policy (For Defective/Damaged Items)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item (wrong print, poor print quality, wrong size sent by us, or damaged product), we will provide a free replacement.

• Time Limit: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Proof: Please send us a clear photo of the defect/damage and a photo of the packaging to support@smartguideeasy.com or WhatsApp at +91 8684562150.
• Process: Once our team verifies the issue, we will ship a replacement for free. We do not charge extra for shipping replacements caused by our error.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Before Production: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, as production starts shortly after. To cancel, please call us immediately at +91 8684562150. A full refund will be processed.
• After Production Started: Once printing has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
• Refund Timelines: If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment source within 7-10 business days.

4. Size Exchange

If you ordered the wrong size, we might be able to help, but this is treated as a fresh order.

• You will need to place a new order for the correct size.
• We do not accept returns for size exchanges, but we can offer you a discount code for your next purchase.

5. Order Rejection

We reserve the right to reject any order that contains copyrighted or prohibited content (e.g., trademarked logos, offensive material). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will either reship your order at no extra cost or issue a full refund after confirming with the courier partner.
